So late last year, I found this online AI called Musenet. You upload a MIDI, and it generates more of the song. I uploaded a snippet of a Green Hill Zone MIDI, saved the generated MIDI, uploaded the generated MIDI, saved that and uploaded it, etc. until I got a song of a decent length. Then I recreated the generated song using the instruments from the original song. You can find the AI here: openai.com/blog/musenet

This was originally part of a project called "Sonic 1 OST from an alternate reality". Even though I only started working on it a few months ago, I've already gotten kind of bored with the project, so I'm just going to upload some of my favorite tracks from it as their own separate things.

The gameplay footage is mine. It's from a hack called "Random Levels Project". The levels are also randomly generated, so it seemed fitting.
