Here is my take on Sonic CD's Special Stage! I chose to go with the Japanese version specifically, as it is my preferred soundtrack (you are entitled to your own opinion though, they are both good).

This was made using VGM music maker, with VGM2TFI to get the instruments from Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles. I used Corrscope for the oscilloscope view of the audio channels, and Aesprite for all of the sprite editing/spritework.

Huge shoutouts to TheLegendofRenegade's remix of this song, as it is what inspired me. Also thank you so much to the MIDI by Monster Iestyn that helped me with the drumline and some of the harder to hear notes.

I have a song finished (just needs visuals), and another one in the works, that I will get out eventually! As I've done this more and more, I think this is becoming one of my favorite things to create. I want to thank you guys so much for the support, and have a great day!
