This is a piano/electronic remake of the Speed Shoes BGM from the 1992 8-bit video game Sonic 2 on the Sega Game Gear and Sega Master System. Oddly enough, the speed shoes are found in only one location: Aqua Lake Zone Act 2 on the Master System version of Sonic 2.
