Happy holidays everybody!! The Christmas event has arrived: It's Yule Toad! For 12 days a new track will be uploaded! Half of the tracks this event are viewer-suggestions, too, or at least heavily based on them.
The twelfth and final song is one of my own picks. I've had this idea on the backburner for a while, as something I'd do eventually but wasn't sure when I'd really get around to it. I figured, with it being some of my best-received work, however, I'd give you all what you'd been looking for.
L is real.
Luigi replaces Deltarune Chapter 3's superboss Mike. This is in no way canon to Deltarune, but Luigi isn't canon to Super Mario 64 either. Luigi replaces Mike as both characters were at one point highly speculated to be in their respective games with things like L is real and Spamton referring to this "Mike". Whether or not Mike IS real in some capacity, I personally doubt he's going to be the next superboss. But that's why I specifically made this for a reality in which he is: it's already nonsensical, why not go all the way?
I already went in WAY too much depth about SM64-rune in the Bowser Smart Race, so go check out that description if you want the full details, but to keep it short:
Good guys (don't hurt Mario): Darkners
Bad guys (hurt Mario): Lightners
Goomba and Bully's colors are a coincidence, they are not representative of the actual Kris and Susie.
